We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any products under any circumstances.

Digital Products (The Guide)

No refunds. The Guide is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing The Guide, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products cannot be "returned"
  • You receive immediate access upon payment
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the content

Hardware Pre-Orders (LobsterKit)

No refunds. No cancellations. LobsterKit is sold on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

  • Your payment is collected immediately and is non-refundable
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after payment
  • Shipping delays do not entitle you to a refund
  • You accept the product as-is upon delivery

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your LobsterKit arrives with shipping damage or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@lobsterkit.sh within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Resolution is at our sole discretion.

No Warranties

All products are sold "AS IS" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not provide:

  • Hardware warranties
  • Software warranties
  • Performance guarantees
  • Ongoing support or maintenance

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to revoke access to all digital products and documentation associated with your order.
